Mrs. Shadia Badawi graduated in the University of Khartoum with an LL.B (Hons.) in 1989. She joined the firm in 1990 as a trainee advocate and was admitted to the Bar in 1991. She then moved to another firm and practiced extensively before returning to the firm in 1998 as a senior associate. Shadia turned into in-house practice in 2002 when she joined Transarabian Air Transport Co. She has been working for that company as the General Counsel up to 2013 when she rejoined SKS as a counsel. Mrs. Badawi has an extensive and thorough experience in practicing law in corporate, general commercial practice, aviation, insurance, administrative and labour law at both advisory and litigation levels.
